I send all orders out either 1st class or Priority, tracking with both. After it leaves my hands I am not responsible if your package is lost or says it was delivered.

However, please let me know and I will check with my postal service to see if they can do some research. Meanwhile check with your neighbors then your postal service. They should be able to help you file a claim.

Care for your charms, pendants and chains just like any fine jewelry. Do not wear while swimming, showering or during sporting events where you will be sweating. Store in an airtight bag (such as the one your item was shipped in), clean with a soft cloth. Another option is to store your silver with silica bags like the kind you get when you purchase shoes, or the cylinders in OTC medicine bottles. These are both good in keeping your jewelry dry and therefore preserving your pieces.

The stainless steel items can be left out in the elements. They will not tarnish or rust.

I can only estimate the arrival time of your package. Please allow plenty of time for arrival. If you have not received it in over a month.

Your country may charge duty fees or vat. These are your responsibility. I do not reimburse this as it is not built in my price point.

I only send to the address you have on your Etsy account. Please check that your PayPal and Etsy addresses match. If you let me know right away that your purchase is a gift and you would like it sent elsewhere we can do that if your package hasn't already been shipped. I ship at least once a day so make sure your address corrections are done.

If there is a problem with your order, damage, or it just isn't what you wanted please let me know right away and we will make arrangements for shipping the item back. You will be responsible for the shipping both ways on a return unless it was a mistake of ours like sending you the wrong item. Please never hesitate to get in touch with us.
